Tharseo IT

An Oracle Cloud partner selling into federal agencies and enterprise. The largest site in this collection — 32 routes and 133 components — built around one decision: electric lime on near-black navy, and nothing else competing for attention.

Hero: lime headline reading Oracle Cloud for Federal and Enterprise over a dark navy dithered organic texture, with a four-metric bar beneath
Home — dithered organic texture behind the type, metrics bar as the floor of the fold

The decision

Enterprise cloud vendors converge on the same blue. The lime is the entire differentiator here, so it had to be rationed: it appears on exactly one word of the headline, the primary button, the eyebrow dot, and the metric numbers. Everywhere else is navy and white.

Build note

GSAP and Lenis are loaded through dynamic imports only, so nothing in the motion layer blocks first paint. It also means neither shows up in a static import graph — worth knowing before anyone "cleans up" the dependency list.
